It is believed that the woman died after being attacked in the One Stop Shop whilst she was at work.

A large section of Sea Road, as well as some of the surrounding streets, have been cordoned off and over 10 police vehicles are on the scene.
Northumbria Police said the arrested suspect did not live 'in the immediate vicinity'.
Two parks in the area were also cordoned off, and specialist search officers in blue boiler-suits and plastic gloves were seen arriving at the crime scene.
Superintendent Paul Milner, of Northumbria Police, said: 'I would like to reassure the community that we believe this to be an isolated incident with no wider risk to the public.
'An investigation is ongoing to determine the full circumstances behind the incident.
'I would like to pass on my sincere condolences to the woman's family, who are being supported by specialist officers at this time.'© Provided by Associated Newspapers Limited Locals have said the victim worked at the One Stop Shop store (pictured). Some residents have said that the area has recently seen problems with drug addicts
He added: 'A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody.'
The force said there will be an increased police presence in the area to reassure the community. Sea Road is closed in both directions from the junction with Mere Knolls Road to the junction with Marshall Street. The public are advised to avoid the area.
A One Stop spokesperson added: 'We are shocked and saddened by the incident, our thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to our colleague's family and friends at this difficult time.© Provided by Associated Newspapers Limited Sea Road is closed in both directions from the junction and the public have been advised to avoid the area.
'We are currently supporting all colleagues involved and assisting police with their enquiries.
'Due to the nature of the incident, we are unable to comment any further at this time.'
One resident who did not wish to be named, added: 'She had worked there a very long time - must have been 6-7 years, maybe longer. She was only doing her job.© Provided by Associated Newspapers Limited The force said there will be an increased police presence in the area to reassure the community
'She could be quite abrupt but when you got to know her she had a real heart of gold. I can understand why she would have challenged this kid if he came into the shop.
'She was very much about 'you work and get paid' so if the young lad went in to steal something she wouldn't have stood for it. She was very much of that generation.
'It is just a shame she was just doing her job. You don't expect this to happen on your doorstep with someone you know.
'She seemed happy in her job.'
Another local, Harry Ryans, 75, who lives on Mitford Street just yards from where the attack happened, said he's never seen anything like this before.
'I have lived here for over 50 years and I have never known anything like this happen before.© Provided by Associated Newspapers Limited Sea Road has been closed off. One local resident said there had been 'a lot of break ins' around the area
'I went out at 6:30 this morning to get my papers and the entire street was cordoned off.
'I've never seen anything like it.
'The police woman told me that someone had been stabbed in the One Stop and I was shocked.
'There has been a lot of break ins around here recently - one on the pub and one in the Subway sandwich shop, and quite a few cars have been stolen.
'It sounds as though it has been something similar.'
Another local resident, Derek Campbell, 55, also said there have been problems with local drug addicts shoplifting food, sweets and alcohol.© Provided by Associated Newspapers Limited Police guard the scene on Sea Road, in Sunderland, where a 62-year-old woman was stabbed to death on Wednesday night
He said: 'They have been chased away and barred many times, but they take no notice.'
'I have lived in the street for eight years. She's a nice lady, helpful, like all of them in that shop.'
A woman, who did not wish to be named, said: 'It was in the One Stop – in the shop, not the flat above.© Provided by Associated Newspapers Limited Officers at the scene on Sea Road can be seen to be checking nearby litter bins for evidence
'She did work there. I know her personally and I won't say who she is because her family don't know yet.'
Pure Bliss Spa, which is next door to the One Stop, said: 'We are really sad to announce that there has been a stabbing next door to us at the one-stop and the lady has died.

Shakeel Rahman, 44, who works in a mobile phone shop nearby, said: 'She was nice and polite.
'She only served me two days before. It is such a shame it happened to her.'
Samantha Willis, 55, said: 'I burst into tears when I heard. She was a lovely lady, very sweet, always on at night and she worked hard.'
