The geometrically expanding CityLine complex in Richardson has announced three exciting new restaurants, including a pho place and a trendy chicken sandwich chain. Drumroll, please: The restaurants are Super Chix, Pho Is for Lovers, and Piada Italian Street Food.
Chix is the former Yum Brands concept that specializes in chicken sandwiches, tenders, French fries, and frozen custard. Richardson will be the chain's third location in the Dallas area, and the first since its buyout from Yum this past August. Super Chix debuted in Arlington, then opened a second location in North Dallas in April 2015.
Pho Is For Lovers is the Dallas-based pho chain that originated in 2011, with a branch on Greenville Avenue. In 2013, two more locations opened in North Dallas and Allen. The menu includes pho and banh mi sandwiches in a variety of options including tofu, plus egg rolls, noodles, and rice plates.
Piada Italian Street Food is an Italian street-food chain from Ohio bringing a unique wrap-type sandwich to Texas. This branch in Richardson joins a previously announced branch opening in Frisco in November.
The Phase II portion of CityLine is fully pre-leased, with a CVS Pharmacy and new restaurants encompassing 9,000 square feet.
"Phase II embodies the live, work, play philosophy that CityLine aspires to create for the community of Richardson, with the inclusion of CVS Pharmacy and our curated restaurant lineup," says agent Ryan Griffin. "Our goal was to continue adding unique, trend-setting restaurants with a focus on fast-casual dining."
