European Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus price points surfaced yesterday, courtesy of Evan Blass, and now some new pricing info surfaced, along with availability info. This information comes in the form a leaked document from a bank in Spain, and yes, banks in Spain do sell smartphones, which is probably quite surprising to some of you. In any case, these price points are somewhat different from the ones Mr. Blass provided.
According to the leaked document, the Galaxy S9 will cost €849, while the Galaxy S9 Plus will set you back €1,000. A previous leak suggested that the Galaxy S9 will be priced at €841, while the Galaxy S9 Plus will cost €997. Now, all of this info may be accurate, as price points for these two handsets will vary from one European country to the other, so it’s possible that the info Mr. Blass shared doesn’t have anything to do with Spain. In any case, the aforementioned document, the one that shared these new price points, also confirms that the two phones will be available in Midnight Black, Coral Blue, and Lilac Purple color variants. ‘Super Slow Motion’ and ‘Super Low Light’ camera features are also listed in the document, and an of the Galaxy S9 is also available, as you can see in the provided image. Now, the source also mentioned that the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will become available for pre-order on February 26, and that info also pertains to the aforementioned Spanish bank, but chances are that it will be made available on that date for a number of countries around the world, actually, as the phone is rumored to go on sale on March 16.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus have been leaking for quite some time now. These two handsets will be made out of metal and glass, and they will resemble their predecessors quite a bit. The top bezel on both phones will be slightly thicker than the bottom one, and both phones will sport curved, Super AMOLED Infinity displays. The two devices will look quite similar, but not identical, as the Galaxy S9 will sport a single camera on the back, while the Galaxy S9 Plus is expected to ship with two such cameras on its back. The Exynos 9810 SoC will fuel the two phones in Europe, while the Snapdragon 845 SoC will do the same in the US. The Galaxy S9 will sport 4GB of RAM on the inside, while its sibling will ship with 6GB of RAM. Both phones will be announced on February 25 in Barcelona, as part of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018.
